When will the mic API be released in the WebOS SDK? Is there any reason it is not being used currently?
Where is the microphone API? Thats what we really want. Come on now.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Palm give us more API support, like the MIC! I really love WebOS and we need this key feature to remain competitive against the likes of Apple and Google. I understand Palm is a smaller company but in order to survive you have to play in the same league as the big boys!
Mic API Palm!!!! Come on….what is your deal here, do you want to fail as a company?
The only thing holding me back from getting a Pre Plus is the lack of Mic API. It really needs to happen, as it seems to be the most desired feature right now.
Access to the microphone was announced in the keynote for the recent developer day. It’s coming in a future OS version, but isn’t available yet.
