The Palm® webOS™ platform is a new operating system that allows designers and developers to create new products that users can run on applicable devices.
Who can create a Palm webOS application?
Designers! Developers! Basically anyone who can design and develop a website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. If you (or people you know) can do that, you can create a Palm webOS application.
